Largest North American distributor of ANSYS consolidates as SimuTech Group

ANSYS, Inc., a simulation software company, announced today that five of its North American channel partners have merged to become SimuTech Group.

The newly formed company includes ROI Engineering from Toronto and Montreal; STI Technologies from Rochester, New York; JLR The Engineering Solutions Co. based in Everett, Washington and Denver, Colorado; Ohio Computer Aided Engineering with offices in Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; and Advanced Engineering Technologies in Atlanta.

As a result of the restructuring, the company says the ANSYS resellers will be able to provide a higher level of service and support. In addition, the combined company says the union will allow each office to expand on its own internal areas of expertise and reach a broader customer base.
