SEI Chemical has introduced a new single component and zero VOC anti-stick, anti-corrosion, UV blocking and fade preventative protective coating for truck fleets, industrial equipment, machinery and specific architectural applications. The new EVP-200 Exterior Vehicle Protector is formulated to greatly increase the life-span and reduce the maintenance and cleaning costs of fleet vehicles and equipment. Designed to overcoat virtually any industrial surface or coating, EVP-200 is suited for the exterior of redi-mix concrete trucks, haulers, commercial fleets, industry equipment, heavy construction equipment and can be used in high-end architectural applications, says the company. This single component zero-VOC coating utilizes SEI's in-house synthesized Fluoropolymer at a very high concentration. It also incorporates a nano-particulate that promotes durability and abrasion resistance. The coating prohibits materials including tar, cement, mud and dirt, among other hydrocarbon-based or chemical products to adhere, says SEI. The product is available in clear and it achieves a tack free finish in 4-6 hours and fully cures in 24 hours.
