DeVilbiss has introduced two new automatic spray guns models in the Compact High Performance Series: DeVilbiss Compact Automatic I and Compact Automatic X. Both are available in HVLP, Trans-Tech (LVMP) and advanced conventional technologies. The DeVilbiss Compact uses Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), so that the air flow in the gun is modeled to reduce turbulence and enhance the atomization process.
Compact's design results in a laminar, or streamlined, flow of air allowing for efficient and effective atomization with the highest transfer efficiency rates, says DeVilbiss. Developed for all general industrial applications, the range of air caps in every technology is designed to provide superior finish quality for wood, metal, plastic, leather, glass or any other substrate. The DeVilbiss Compact Automatic I gun is built for a long work life even under the toughest conditions. The gun has a quick change option by detaching from its mounting block in a few seconds via the thumb release mechanism for reduced production downtime.
