One
of Canada's most prestigious corporate business awards programs has recognized
two printers among its winners. Phipps Dickson Integria (PDI) of Montreal,
and St. Joseph Communications based in Toronto, have been named two of
Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for 2007.
This is the first 50-Best win for PDI, the largest independent sheetfed
printing company in Quebec. Jeff Mahar, PDI CEO, comments "The print
industry has witnessed many upheavals in the last three years, but PDI's
hands-on management approach, not only solidified our position as a leader
in the print industry, but as a leader across all industries."
St. Joseph has been recognized in the program for five consecutive
years. "We
are proud to continue to be recognized by this prestigious award program," says
Tony Gagliano, CEO of St. Joseph
Communications.
