Reorganization at Heidelberg Canada
|

In a move intended to improve customer service efficiency, Heidelberg Canada is merging its equipment and consumables sales organizations, naming Don Robinson, formerly vice president, sales and service for sheetfed presses and finishing, to the position of vice president, sales, for all field sales in Canada.

The strategic realignment is moving the organization towards more of a solutions-based selling approach. "We have created a stronger product management and marketing team which will be focused on delivering Heidelberg solutions to our customers," notes Heidelberg Canada president Richard Armstrong in a company issued release. The marketing team will be led by Heidelberg's Jean-Francois Colpron, now vice president of product management. "Along with these important changes, we will be investing in additional technical staff in Canada to support our service business," added Armstrong.
